In the section of our program the translation of the part on justice can now be found. With justice we mean the dealing with conflicts. Often the use of violence is at the center of this. In this part of the program we try to find answers to:

- How does justice function in capitalist society and why do we think that something fundamental has to be changed about this? How do contemporary institutional and structural discrimination and violence relate to the origins of the current justice system and its institutions?
- How could we deal with conflicts in a classless society? Which concrete structures could be there and what are important primary principles for this?
- Which contradictions will we encounter in a transitional period?
- And what can we already do today? What can we start constructing, change and demand to bring those long-term goals closer?
